Are you ready to take control of your dance pictures?

The Studio Owner's COMPLETE Guide to Profitable Dance Class Pictures will give you the freedom to handle every aspect of your class pictures. This online course will walk you through every step of the process and even give you the confidence to take the pictures yourself (if you want). Each step is explained thoroughly in concise text modules, as well as video presentations. AND, the best part is that you will probably be able to pay for the entire course and the equipment in your first year!

You'll learn exactly what equipment to purchase, how to use a DSLR camera, how to do common edits, and how to fulfill orders. Included when you purchase Complete Guide Package, is the super awesome Dance Photo Pro Posing Guide. This digital download (a $199 value) gives you poses for Tap, Ballet, and Jazz for every age dancer. You'll never have to think about poses again! It will save you time and energy, allowing your picture week to run super smooth.

So, what's stopping you?? Your photographer is making thousands of dollars from YOUR students. You are still at the studio the whole time, posing dancers, fluffing tutus, and dealing with parents. Then, if you're lucky, you get a 10-20% kickback check. Let's say that 20% kickback check is $2,000. That sounds great, right? Wrong!! That means your photographer made $10,000!! That could be $10,000 FOR YOU!!

You probably still have questions. Totally understandable. It's a big step. Read the FAQs below. If you still have questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

  • Can I really do this? I don't even have a fancy camera!
Absolutely! It helps, sure, but you'll learn everything you need to know to take great dance class pictures. The modules will cover everything from purchasing a camera, to setting up the equipment, to what angle flatters everyone. Most studio owners have little to no prior photography experience. You can totally do this!
  • What if editing pictures is way outside my comfort zone?
No problem! Sure, it helps if you already know photoshop, but it's not necessary. Once you learn how to take the pictures, you can either offer them unedited, follow the tutorials to learn basic editing, or pay someone to do the editing for you. That's the really cool thing about this program-each step can be outsourced, but YOU keep the control. You can pick and choose which parts you keep, and farm out the rest. You will still make out better in the end.
  • Once I purchase the program, how do I access it?"
After you complete your purchase of The Studio Owner's COMPLETE Guide to Dance Class Pictures, you will recieve an email with login information and instructions to access the full course online. You'll be able to read the modules and watch the videos anywhere, on your computer or device. If you purchased The Package or The Works you will also find your FREE copy of the super awesome Dance Photo Pro Posing Guide (a $199 value) within your online course.
  • How will the parents take me seriously? They know I'm not a photographer.
All parents really care about is how adorable their little pumpkin looks. You will learn simple techniques to take amazing pictures so that every parent will want to buy them. You will learn how to show them proofs, so they can see what a great job you did, and they will be happy to keep their money going to someone they already love. Plus, if you keep the door closed, they may never even know it's you. :)
  • Is this going to cost me a small fortune?
No! It shouldn't cost you a dime (really)! If you follow the complete course, and do the work, most dance studios* should easily be able to make enough money in their first year to cover the cost of your equipment and this program. Every year after that is icing on the cake! * Based on sales for studios with over 200 students. Smaller studios may need two years to cover the cost. But you'll still have a lifetime of making money after that.
  • I'm already super busy, how much time is this going to take to do each year?"
Assuming you're already used to helping out during picture week, you can count on about another week or two dedicated to processing and fulfilling orders. For so many studio owners, the work is fun and they are learning a new skill, so it's worth it in the end. If you find it's not for you, you can outsource a lot of the work to an employee or intern, or even pay a photographer or graphic designer to do your edits.
  • What if I buy the program but don't feel comfortable going through with it?
Hopefully that won't happen, but if it does, share it with your photographer! That way, even if you can't make all the money yourself, your photographer will learn so much from the program that they will make more money, and your kick-back will be higher. You can also benefit a lot from several of the modules that have nothing to do with the actual picture taking. You will learn tips on scheduling, how to run the room more efficiently, great poses that can make any dancer look great, and more!
  • Do you offer any sort of in-person training? I'm more of a hands-on learner.
Funny you should ask... we do offer in-person training!! We can fully customize your training to make sure you feel totally comfortable before taking the leap. We can help you by talking on the phone, coming to help you set up and run a test day, or even coming for your full picture week and training you as we go. If you're interested in customized training, just contact us and we'll give you a quote for those services. In any case, our mission is always for you to make back your investment within your first two years of implementing the program.

Imagine an extra $5,000, $10,000 or even $20,000 in your bank account right before summer! Dance Photo Pro can help make that happen!

4 ways to use your new photography skills

The Dance Photo Pro MISSION is to help each dance studio owner pay for this course AND all

the equipment within two years of bringing pictures in house.

What do you have to lose?

The Perfect Posing Guide was so helpful to me this weekend! At the last minute we had to use a different photographer than we have used in the past and this guide saved me. I didn't have to think about the poses (which was great during the 12 hour shoot!) I was able to spend all of my energy working with each dancer and making sure they looked great! I can't wait to use it ahead of time next year and show my students their poses so they can practice. I would highly recommend getting it. I'm really glad I took the chance and got it!

Hillary, that Posing Guide is worth my weight in GOLD!!!!!

It made the students feel in control of their pictures and the parents feel in control of their poses.

Dance Studio Pro is a wonderful program that provides training, support and resources to offer an in house studio photography experience. Hillary is talented, creative and approachable. The training videos are easy to follow and explain all steps involved in the process from purchasing the equipment, setting it up, where to position the dancers, light setting, editing tips and distribution guidelines. I highly recommend the full package that provides consultation when needed and all of the systems required to be successful.
